"We have had State Farm Insurance for over 10 years. Rental, vehicle, life and now homeowners. We bought our first home and moved to Wi. We had to switch agents. This agents office is terrible. They will wait 2-3 days before returning calls if they ever actually do, most of the time I have to call over and over before they actually answer and then they pretend then never got any of my messages. The young girls have zero knowledge of their jobs and are hardly ever able to answer any questions without having to "check into it" and call you back. I am switching agents first thing Monday morning."
